The Village of Cross Keys, built in 1965, is a distinct retail and office development which offers more than 30 shops, boutiques, restaurants, a large office park and a 146 room Radisson Hotel. The project is located along the I-83 North corridor in Baltimore City.

PLUSEN teamed with BCT Architects and developed the site master plan, including a pronounced main retail entrance along Falls Road, a new main vehicular drop-off, updated site amenities, paving and planting for the retail courtyard, and architectural updates to the existing building and window displays.

While the newly designed space creates a lively experience, it is the garden-style mall setting that makes the space so successful. The detailed master plan for the retail courtyard redefines the space as a community hub, containing an outdoor movie space, multiple water features, an overhead glass walkway, updated signage, and site elements.
