PLUSEN created a space to live and play before entering one of the various restaurants off the new plaza.  The plaza compliments and adds to the dynamic New Lifestyle Area, a larger plaza a minute’s walk away, while maintaining its own personality.  Working with engineers, storm water management efforts were tastefully incorporated. Other characteristics that set this plaza apart are a festive paving pattern that allows for large planting areas, inviting rows of vegetation scaled to hug the pedestrian pathways, and ample consideration to the meaningful placement and design of bike racks and other functional design elements to enhance the pedestrian experience.
